Our chocolate ice cream is rich and totally indulgent. We use the finest cocoa and pure, sweet cream to create a decadent, velvety dark chocolate ice cream. Oh, and the hidden cauliflower? You won’t even know it’s in there.

Why cauliflower?
Cauliflower contains vitamins C and K, folate and fiber. It’s also a source of B vitamins, manganese, potassium, protein, phosphorus and magnesium.

STRAWBERRY

The flavor of ripe strawberries comes shining through our creamy base. But, let’s not ignore the carrots! The carrots add a unique balance of sweet and fruity undertones, which enhance the overall flavor of our luscious strawberry ice cream.

Why carrots?
Carrots are an excellent source of vitamin A, a good source of vitamin C, and contain potassium, vitamin B6, vitamin B1, phosphorus, and folate.

SPINACH

We infuse mint into a smooth, creamy base and add rich chocolaty shavings for this refreshingly cool treat that’s full of minty flavor. We paired it with spinach because of the vegetable’s mild flavor and naturally green color, of course!

Why spinach?
Spinach is an excellent source of vitamin A and contains iron, magnesium, manganese, calcium, folate, potassium and vitamins C, B6 and B12, in addition to copper and zinc.

Rich and full-flavored, our vanilla with hidden zucchini is a perfect balance of pure, sweet cream and Madagascar vanilla. The zucchini adds a light but complex flavor. Look closely, do you see those speckles? Is that vanilla bean or zucchini peel?
